Assistant Branch Manager

Branch In-Charge – Guwahati Office

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Branch In-Charge for our Guwahati office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team performance, recruitment, tele sales, and client relationships. This role requires excellent time management, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in the local language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Lead and supervise the tele sales team, track performance, and drive targets
• Handle local recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
• Manage schedules, workflows, and task assignments to ensure efficient time utilization
• Coordinate with head office for reporting, targets, and company objectives
• Communicate fluently in Assamese, Hindi, and English for team coordination and client interaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, sales, or team leadership
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
