Monitor branch activities.
Meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Serve as a point of contact for customers and manage customer accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support and assistance as needed. Provide required information to customers. Prepare reports on customer account activity and performance. Adhere to all customer service standards and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
