Valuation: Assessing the weight, karatage, craftsmanship, and condition of gold items to determine their value. Documentation: Preparing detailed appraisal reports, maintaining accurate records of gold items examined, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Market Knowledge: Staying informed about market trends, gold prices, and industry regulations. Customer Interaction: Interacting with clients professionally to explain appraisal processes and address concerns. Collaboration: Working with other team members (e.g., sales associates, jewelers) to ensure smooth operations. Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that appraisal equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
