Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant/Finance Executive to manage all financial transactions, reporting, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ESI, PF) and excellent proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management: Prepare and accurately maintain all financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and perform timely bank reconciliations.
• A/P & A/R Management: Efficiently manage the entire cycle for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and all other statutory returns.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring precise calculation and deduction of ESI, PF, and other statutory benefits.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation for all accounting and financial activities.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com is mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct, relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with accounting software, specifically Tally and/or Zoho Books (or comparable platforms).
• Statutory Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and salary structuring.
• Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and proven capacity to meet deadlines while working independently.]
