Job Description

The Assistant Account is responsible for supporting the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and managing daily accounting tasks. This role ensures compliance with company policies and assists in the smooth operation of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, vouchers, and bank statements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
0–2 years of accounting or finance experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,841.62 per month
