Job Summary:
This role involves close coordination with management, employees, and external agencies to ensure smooth financial, administrative, and HR operations. It includes managing accounts, filing employee records, as well as overseeing office administration and vendor coordination. The position also involves supporting recruitment activities, monitoring attendance, and preparing reports for management to aid in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate with Auditor Team
· Co-ordinate with Management
· Co-ordinate with Employees
· Co-ordinate with Vendors
· Co-ordinate with Third Party’s
2. Job Activities:
· Generate Invoice including E-waybill
· Data Analyzing
· Gathering Bills and Proper Filing
· Maintaining Petty Cash & Office Internal Minor Expenses
· Records Maintaining
· Follow up Activities
· Travel Arrangements (Domestic & International)
· Banking Related Activities
· Planning & Initiative New Ideas for Office Growth
· Office Internal Works
· Supporting Works in Engineering
3. Report Submissions:
· Office Expense Report Submission
· Employees’ Weekly & Monthly Timesheet Submission
· Employees’ Attendance Submission
· Sales & purchase Report submission
Required Skills:
· Good Communication (English)
· Basic Accounting Knowledge
· Quick Keyboard & System Handling Skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word Knowledge
· Confidence and Boldness in handling tasks
· Positive Communications Style
· Creative Thinking Abilities
· Active Listening Skills
Education:
· B.com, M. Com, BBA, M.BA, BBM or Any Degree with (Basic Commerce & Accounts Knowledge)
Experience:
· 2 to 3 Years in a relevant role
Job Details:
· Work Schedule - 6 days a week
· Location- Chennai, Madhavaram
· Travel - Willing to Travel, if required by the company bbb(Domestic /International)
Salary: 30K – 35K Per Month
