Job Description

Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Maintains general ledgers
  • Performs payroll activities
  • Processes payables, receivables, payments, and checks
  • Completes routine bookkeeping
  • Assists with financial reports preparation
  • Performs journal entries for company transactions
  • Process and record invoices and payments
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account analysis
  • Support payroll preparation and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Help prepare financial reports and statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments on financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
