Job Description

(Candidates must be in Logistics background)

Experience : More than 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Account Finalization

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
Finalize books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS, or local GAAP).
Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Coordinate with auditors (internal and statutory) and ensure timely completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Accounting

Oversee daily accounting operations: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, etc.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments.
Monitor expense records, reimbursements, and petty cash management.
Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts regularly.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly financial data to management.

Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure proper implementation of internal controls and accounting policies.
File statutory returns such as GST, TDS, and other local tax filings as applicable.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
