Role Overview

Tax Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns
and
TDS returns
.
Support in
income tax assessment proceedings
and preparation of submissions to tax authorities.
Assist in drafting and compiling documents for
Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
proceedings.
Maintain and organize tax-related records, working papers, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for collection and verification of financial data for tax filings.
Stay updated with
latest amendments in the Income Tax Act
, rules, and notifications.
Provide analytical and administrative support to the
Direct Tax team
during audits and compliance reviews.

Educational Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Prior internship or academic exposure in
direct taxation or audit
will be an advantage.
