Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership
: Act as the primary person-in-charge for security operations at a specific client location
Man-Management
: Supervise, discipline, and manage the daily deployment of security guards and supervisors.
Roster Management
: Create and oversee duty rosters to ensure 24/7 manning of all posts without shortage.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
: Implement and enforce "Site Instructions" to ensure all security protocols are strictly followed.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
: Conduct regular "side-by-side" training on drill, gate management, and emergency response.
Client Liaison
: Maintain a professional relationship with the client s Facilities Manager and resolve service-related complaints.
