Asset & Wealth Management Operations - SMA Ops Client Implementation - Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with internal and external counterparties to ensure seamless transition and onboarding to GSAM - Coordinate and manage tasks across a multi-disciplined team for accurate account event information and system setups - Develop strong working relationships with various teams including Institutional/ Funds oversight, Trade Management, Sales, and Engineering - Ensure data integrity and challenge where required to manage risks effectively - Provide guidance to the business for account setup decisions - Review processes, analyze information, make decisions, and recommendations while implementing and monitoring procedures - Produce insightful analyses and reporting for senior leadership upon request - Collaborate with a team-oriented approach, demonstrating strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and broad-based coverage effectively - Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other software products for various tasks - Think strategically, drive consensus, and influence decision-making processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry - Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Motivated, hardworking, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and broad-based coverage - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and adaptability to other software products - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Ability to think strategically, drive consensus, and influence decision-making Company Additional Details: Goldman Sachs commits people, capital, and ideas to help clients, shareholders, and communities grow.
