Job Description

Preferred candidate profile - Processing all Gold Loan login cases from branches and supporting Gold Loan customers at branch level. Will do cross sell other product to Gold Loan customers. To facilitate Repayment, Renewal, Closer and Fore closer of Gold Loan along with new loan procession at branch level. Responsible to maintain process quality & ensures adherence to internal audit standards for Gold Loan. Will act as back-up for BOO and CCR at branch and will responsible for their job in their absence (For All branch formats: BB-led, MB-Led, URC and SFB).
