As a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office at Goldman Sachs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing large-scale transformations to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and optimize operating platform controls. This newly established entity is responsible for managing four critical functions: Product Management & Design, Change Management, Regulatory Management, and Monitoring & Testing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze the applicability and impact of regulatory policies and rules on different business areas within Asset and Wealth Management - Collaborate with the team, key stakeholders, and regulatory experts to simplify complex regulatory challenges - Drive business engagement and lead strategic discussions on regulatory change matters - Deploy methodologies and governance tools to ensure timely delivery of analysis and agreed solution approach - Build strong senior stakeholder relationships to perform complex analysis across multiple businesses **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree and 3 - 6 years of experience in management consulting or related field in financial services with active involvement in new regulation assessments and implementations - Understanding of asset management products and the wider asset management operating model and ecosystems - Proficiency in owning the regulatory strategy, roadmap, and interpretation of new regulations for the business - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Excellent project management skills and ability to influence all levels of staff to drive change - Experience in Reg product and platform management is preferable - Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly Goldman Sachs, a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm, is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
