Designation: -Assebly

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Daily Planning, Shift supervision of Assembly and Winding.
Coordination with other departments for day to day activities
follow-up for material shortage and work completion
Responsible for work load balancing among workers - Day and Night shifts.
Responsible for attending daily production, quality meeting etc.,
Responsible to ensure daily job order closing & serial number match with the products( Pumps)
Responsible for monitoring production details of all operators.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E/DME ( Mech) with 3-8 years relevant experience in the Pump Manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Pumps and Motor assembly.
Good Communication skills
Cooperation and Team work
