Ensure that employees follow safety rules laid down for work and report act of indiscipline / insubordination to the higher ups. Co-coordinating all aspects of resource use, pollution reduction, waste management, environmental health, risk assessment and employee involvement. Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Raising awareness, at all levels of an organization, of the impact of emerging environmental issues, whether legislative or best practice, on corporate, ethical, and social responsibility. Raising awareness, at all levels of an organization, for the appropriate use of PPE. To provide a formal, systematic training on EHS and job-specific aspects the workplace. Follow up with HR Department for half yearly Employees Health Check-up with our FMO. Training to new employees regarding safety rules & regulation at our premises. Will have to look after the operation when Production Manager is not Present. Responsible for IMS, Legal Documentation and Audit Responsible for conducting Mock Drill, Safety Induction Training, and all other safety related work. Issuing of work permit system and taking safety toolbox talk regularly. Other skills required : 1. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2. Should have experience in green field Project.
Job Purpose: To design, develop, and validate HPLC, GC, and other analytical test methods that support the scale-up and manufacturing of new products, ensuring all project activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate analytical instrumentation including GC, HPLC/UPLC, UV/VIS, and other relevant laboratory equipment. Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing products, including in-process samples for product development. Develop and validate test methods for use in cleaning validation studies. Prepare comprehensive method development, validation, and analytical test reports. Perform routine calibration and verification of laboratory equipment. Interpret analytical data and prepare detailed technical reports for completed studies. Prepare chemical reagents and solutions required for testing activities. Write and review product specifications. Write and review standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare R&D quality reports. Provide support across all analytical development activities. Perform additional technical writing or related tasks as required.
