Job Description

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and validate HPLC, GC, and other analytical test methods that support the scale-up and manufacturing of new products, ensuring all project activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate analytical instrumentation including GC, HPLC/UPLC, UV/VIS, and other relevant laboratory equipment.
Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing products, including in-process samples for product development.
Develop and validate test methods for use in cleaning validation studies.
Prepare comprehensive method development, validation, and analytical test reports.
Perform routine calibration and verification of laboratory equipment.
Interpret analytical data and prepare detailed technical reports for completed studies.
Prepare chemical reagents and solutions required for testing activities.
Write and review product specifications.
Write and review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare R&D quality reports.
Provide support across all analytical development activities.
Perform additional technical writing or related tasks as required.
