Assembly Production Manager

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and manage daily assembly operations of rotavators and related equipment. Supervise a team of assembly technicians, fitters, and helpers. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met. Coordinate with design, fabrication, procurement, and stores teams for smooth workflow. Implement lean manufacturing practices and minimize downtime and rework. Maintain stock of required assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and process inefficiencies. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain workplace discipline and safety norms. Report daily production, issues, and improvement suggestions to senior management.
