Job Title: Assembly Process Planner

Responsibilities

• Conduct product studies to define and refine assembly processes.
• Ensure quality, safety, delivery, and ergonomic considerations are met in process planning.
• Perform line balancing, TAKT time, and cycle time planning.
• Calculate build rates for mixed model variants.
• Conduct time studies using MTM or MOST standards.
  

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the automotive assembly domain.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes.
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MTM certification is desirable.
• Experience with Teamcenter software.
