Job Description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations of the assembly line Monitor worker performance and ensure adherence to quality standards Coordinate with production, quality, and inventory departments Ensure timely completion of production targets Train and guide line workers on standard operating procedures Maintain equipment and ensure proper utilization of resources Troubleshoot minor technical issues on the assembly line Implement safety and efficiency improvements Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an electronics or lighting manufacturing company Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to handle production pressure and resolve on-ground issues Knowledge of assembly processes and basic troubleshooting Male candidates preferred as per job requirement
