We are hiring forAssembly Lead (Deputy Manager / Manager Industrialisation)

Position Details

Role:

Purpose of the Role

To lead and coordinate engineering activities related to Aero Structure Assemblies, drive industrialisation processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and support audits, assessments, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering efforts for Aerostructure Assemblies (Sheet Metal, Machining, Assemblies, Tooling).
Ensure process stability, standardisation, and industrialisation readiness.
Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly reviews of process, production, and plans.
Integrate engineering activities with program and production priorities.
Manage documentation accuracy and compliance.
Support audits, assessments, and customer interactions.
Work closely with
Programs, PPC, Production, SCM, and IT
teams.

Desired Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
BE / B.Tech
Experience:
12-14+ years
Technical Competencies:

Leadership & Coordination skills
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management tools
Strong understanding of Airbus, Boeing & other OEM specifications and processes
SAP S4HANA PP & MM modules
Configuration Management & Change Control
APQP, AS9100D awareness
