Experience & Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  25 years

  of experience in assembly / manufacturing operations.
• Ideal age range:

  50 to 60 years

  (including retired professionals) with the relevant background.

Industry / Domain

Packaging machinery manufacturing, special purpose machines (SPM), or machine tool industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling machine building, installations and attending customer complaints activities.
• Participate in design brief & project plan preparation for the projects and you have to ensure schedules are met as per customer requirements.
• Do trials and tests for the customer requirement by referring the design brief and present the product during FAT in presence of customer.
• Coordination with related departments like electrical, purchase, planning, quality sales and stores to meet the project deadlines.
• Planning of installation activities for the supplied machines.
• Attending customer requirement like modifications/breakdown/new requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of team in terms of process discipline safety etc.
• Should take decisions on aspects related with assembly, escalating and seeking guidelines only in critical cases.
• Need to maintain shop floor discipline, housekeeping maintaining tools
• Should be able attend the customer call according to the requirement and develop juniors to attend the customer calls.
• Internal complaints to be updated every day to concern department.

• Maintain schedules for FAT

Budget:

• 7 LPA to 10 LPA

  (negotiable based on experience)
