Assembly Engineer

As a Mould Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of new moulds according to specifications and drawings. Your duties will include refurbishment of existing moulds, actively supporting in solving mould and product problems, and recording all process parameters and mould checking aspects such as water flow and HRS temperature. Ensuring 5S in the assembly area, tracking deviations after mold trials, and conducting mould commissioning at customer sites are also part of your responsibilities. You will be required to witness long trials, conduct mould spare part trials, and track the history of delivered moulds. Your role will involve monitoring the mould life in coordination with the respective customer, preparing mould operational and maintenance manuals, and training the customer's team accordingly. Tracking every Engineering Change Notice (ECN) or modification and ensuring completion before each trial will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking the mould as per the checklist before dispatching and reporting to the manager. Meeting the timeline with respect to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) is essential. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have 4-5 years of experience in the Mould Assembly Department.
