Ability to read part, sub-assembly, and GA drawingsUnderstanding of dimensions, datums, tolerancesIdentifying parts using BOM, item numbers, and revisions2. Tolerances, Fits & FastenersKnowledge of clearance, interference, and transition fitsProper selection of fastener types, grades, and lengthsCorrect tightening sequence and torque wrench usage3. Pneumatics & Hydraulics (Basic Level)Mechanical mounting of pneumatic cylinders, slides, FRL unitsUnderstanding of basic air pressure, stroke, and cushioningLeak identification and proper hose routing(Hydraulics basic awareness only, if applicable)4. Sensors, Motors & Actuators (Mounting Level)Mechanical mounting of sensors, motors, actuatorsProper alignment and rigidity of mountingAvoiding vibration and misalignment issues(No electrical wiring or programming)5. Assembly Sequence & Alignment MethodsFollowing correct assembly sequenceAlignment of linear guides, shafts, fixturesUse of dial gauge, spirit level, feeler gaugeShim selection and stress-free assembly6. Troubleshooting Common Machine IssuesMisalignment, vibration, noise issuesLinear motion sticking or uneven movementFastener loosening and repeat failuresPneumatic mechanical issues (stroke mismatch, side load)Experience Requirement
