Noida 2 8 to 12 years Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET Core Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and MS SQL Server, along with proven experience in leading development teams, understanding business requirements, and managing software development life cycles (SDLC). This is a hands-on role involving leadership, architecture, and core development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to development schedules. Drive development using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and MS SQL Server. Ensure software is developed in compliance with SDLC processes and best practices. Review code, provide guidance, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance. Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and MS SQL Server. 8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development. Proven team leadership experience. Excellent understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis. Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Experience in creating and managing project schedules. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React) is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
