Job Description

Smartkeeda, a leading Test Series provider in Bank/SSC/Law Exams domain, is excited to offer a dynamic internship opportunity for aspiring ASP.NET developers to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust backend APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  • Implement database operations with MongoDB or other database technologies.
  • Collaborate with Angular frontend developers for seamless integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Design RESTful APIs with proper documentation.
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional backend development experience
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core and C# programming
  • Experience with database technologies (MongoDB strongly preferred, SQL Server, PostgreSQL acceptable)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Proficiency with dependency injection and design patterns
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of async/await programming patterns
  • Basic frontend knowledge (Angular experience is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture
  • API security best practices
  • Performance optimization techniques

Technical Skills

  • Programming: C#, .NET Core 8
  • Databases: MongoDB (preferred), SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar
  • Web Technologies: RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, JSON , XML
  • Authentication: JWT, OAuth, Identity frameworks
  • Tools: Visual Studio/VS Code, Postman, database management tools
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps
  • Testing: Unit testing, integration testing frameworks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
