Aspice process consultant

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with the project team and program manager to define and implement processes. You will also conduct process and tool training for the team, as well as quality audits. Your inputs will be crucial in preparing project plans based on past project experiences. Additionally, you will participate in project reviews and collaborate with project managers, project leaders, and stakeholders to analyze problem areas and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with project team and program manager for process definition and implementation - Conduct process and tool training for the team - Perform quality audits - Provide inputs for project plan preparation based on previous projects - Participate in project reviews - Collaborate with PM/PL & stakeholders to identify and address problem areas - Verify implementation and ensure compliance - Report gaps and issues in implementation and compliance - Facilitate process improvements and rollout of new initiatives Qualifications Required: - Good exposure to processes in project management - Knowledge of software development/enhancement methodologies - Understanding of project metrics - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Strong teamworking skills - Effective communication abilities - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
