We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales Division in the Eastern region, based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including plumbing contractors, builders, architects, and other influencers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Eastern region.
2. Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with plumbing contractors, builders, architects, and other key decision-makers.
3. Promote Skipper Pipes products, highlighting their quality, features, and benefits.
4. Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase products and solutions.
5. Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and forecast sales performance.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the construction or plumbing industry.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a large network of contacts.
4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
