ASM (Modern Trade Segment - FMCG)

As an experienced Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing the distribution network, leading a team of sales personnel, and ensuring strong execution across General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Odisha. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business with modern trade outlets within the assigned geography - Coordinate with MT Store Managers, floor staff, and category managers - Ensure execution of planograms, shelf displays, branding, and visibility at outlets - Collaborate with Key Account Managers for promotions, TOT execution, and new product launches - Monitor fill rates, returns, expiry control, and in-store activation effectiveness Team Leadership & Execution: - Lead, train, and motivate the front-line sales force - Conduct regular team reviews, on-field coaching, and performance tracking - Ensure timely reporting of sales MIS, stock levels, and beat coverage - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations (Supply Chain, Accounts, Marketing) Preferred Industry Background: - Candidates from FMCG Food Segment with experience in Spices, Staples & Food Essentials like Atta, Pulses, Masala, Grains, Edible Oils, etc. will be strongly preferred.
