1. Sales and Account Management:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Tea’s products and increase sales within the General Trade sector.
· Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and conducting market research.
· Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and resolution of any customer issues.
2. Sales and Account Management:
· Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate GT customers about the benefits and features of Tea’s .
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
· Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings.
· Analyze sales data and track performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on sales trends, achievements, and challenges.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue growth within the GT channel.
4. Events and Trade Shows:
· Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and special events targeting the GT sector.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
