Job Description

  • Drive franchise sales to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network and meet partner sales targets.
  • Ensure franchise partners comply with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
  • Manage and mentor 46 territory sales representatives to optimize performance and achieve goals.
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience managing a small team of sales representatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
