Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve developing and executing sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets within the designated area. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and generating leads to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area - Identify sales opportunities, prospect potential clients, and generate leads to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders - Conduct regular client visits, understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and insights - Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management - Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members, distributors, and partners - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of experience in 5G technology required - 4 years of experience in 7 yrs technology required - Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati required - Valid driving license required In addition to the above responsibilities, our company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is a day shift with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
