Blondie Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Chefs for Asian Cuisine (Commis I, II, III / DCDP / CDP) to join our culinary team in Mumbai. We’re looking for talented and passionate professionals with a love for Asian flavors and excellence in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes (Wok, Dim Sum, Sushi, etc.)
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist senior chefs and ensure quality, consistency, and presentation
• Support smooth daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Experience in Asian cuisine preferred
• Relevant culinary qualification or training
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking
