Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Base Location: Tirupur
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth in the Tirupur region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present product offerings and understand requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor stock availability for effective sales and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate deals and handle objections professionally to close sales.
  • Maintain regular reports on sales performance, targets, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver better customer solutions and insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar ASM or field sales role.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is essential; Hindi is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and market dynamics.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Evaluate industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Suggest new product development or improvements based on market feedback.
  • Ensure quality service delivery in line with company standards.
  • Contribute to the team by achieving individual and group sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
