Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as an IBMi specialist in a large environment, providing technical consultancy and support for regulatory and flagship projects.
Manage OS upgrades, firmware upgrades, and HMC upgrades.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to understand technical requirements and support project testing.
Maintain and troubleshoot third-party software and vendor products, ensuring system integrity and performance.
Perform system IPL, troubleshoot errors, and manage system security.
Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts and support on-call activities, including weekends.
Present technical information effectively to executives, IT management, and business users.
Adapt to new technologies and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

5 - 8 years of experience in AS400 system administration and support in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in OS and firmware upgrades, HMC management, and IPL processes.
Experience supporting complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Ability to troubleshoot third-party tools, ensure system integrity, and manage secure environments.
