AVM Station LLP is a creative technology studio specializing in AR, VR, XR, 3D Ads, VFX, and

CGI. We’ve executed high-impact projects across advertising, training, and immersive experiences.

Now we’re building the next generation of AR/VR talent — and we’re looking for someone with

creativity, strong portfolio work, and hunger to innovate.

Role Overview

We’re not looking for just another developer. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond

code and bring ideas to life. You’ll get to work on different types of projects — from AR food menus,

VR training modules, to futuristic XR marketing experiences. If you have a killer portfolio, we’ll give

you the platform, mentorship, and projects to make you a rising star in the AR/VR space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive AR/VR/XR applications using Unity (AR Foundation/ARKit/ARCore) or Unreal.

• Create WebAR experiences (scanning menus, QR triggers, interactive ads).

• Collaborate with our 3D artists and designers to integrate models into AR/VR.

• Prototype fast, experiment often, and push creative boundaries.

• Optimize projects for mobile devices and VR headsets (Meta Quest, etc.).

• Stay curious: explore and bring new AR/VR ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio of AR/VR/XR projects (student projects, freelance work, passion projects – all

welcome).

• Proficiency in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (Blueprints/C++).

• Familiarity with ARCore, ARKit, WebAR frameworks.

• Creative problem-solving and ability to figure things out independently.

• Passion for AR/VR and eagerness to learn & grow fast.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

• 3D model optimization for AR/VR.

• Photogrammetry/3D scanning knowledge.

• Basic UI/UX design for immersive experiences.

• Familiarity with multiplayer AR/VR setups.

Qualifications

• Education is not the priority.

• We care about your portfolio, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

• Freshers welcome if they can show us work that impresses.

Compensation

■ Salary: ■15,000 – ■45,000/month (depending on skills & portfolio).

Long-term role with scope to grow into Lead AR/VR Developer.

Chance to become the face of AVM Station’s AR/VR wing.
