Artwork Specialist

Position : Artwork

Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (preferred)

Experience : 26 years of experience in Artwork Operations or related fields.

Location : Mumbai - Kalwa

CTC : up to 10 LPA

Tenure : 6 Months - extension based on performance

Skills Required :

• Background in Supply Chain Management (preferred).

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QlikSense, and Power BI (preferred).

• Experience working with external suppliers and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of packaging/printing technology and development (advantageous).

• Intermediate to advanced project management skills with a strong quality and compliance mindset.

• Ability to work seamlessly across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Support major projects in the Artwork space, including divestments, transfers, and mergers.

• Ensure On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery of high-quality artworks compliant with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

• Manage the Artwork Supply Chain from Change Request initiation to delivery of print-ready artwork, ensuring adherence to KPIs and compliance standards.

• Proactively escalate and report deviations; lead or support investigations into GxP and non-GxP issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update service dashboards, order management frameworks, and timesheets.

• Collaborate with internal customers and external partners to gather feedback, report status, and strengthen process knowledge.

• Support the development and enhancement of SOPs, workflows, and process charts in line with evolving business needs.

• Ensure timely creation and implementation of CAPAs for deviations and performance improvements.

• Complete required training before engaging in GxP activities.
