Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and deeply music-driven Artist Management Intern to join Our Circle. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes music, understands global and Indian artist culture, keeps up with trends, and is excited to work closely with artists to help grow their careers. As an Artist Management Intern, you will support day-to-day artist coordination, research, documentation, communication, planning, and execution. This role also includes responsibilities in booking support, sales support, non-exclusive bookings, and basic show coordination so you gain a ground-level understanding of how the artist ecosystem operates across management, live shows, projects, campaigns, opportunities, and brand interactions.

This is a full-time, paid internship based in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, with a 6-day work week, operating in an onsite or hybrid model.

Duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.

What You Will Do

• Assist with daily communication, scheduling, and coordination.

• Track trends and research to support artist strategy.

• Help with releases, campaigns, collaborations, and planning.

• Coordinate with clients, partners, labels, and PR.

• Assist with content needs and basic creative tasks.

• Research promoters, venues, and booking leads.

• Support pitches and non exclusive bookings.

• Help with basic show advance and logistical prep.

• Maintain agreements, trackers, and documentation.

• Support general agency needs when required.

Qualifications

• Based in Mumbai.

• Full time availability with a six day work week.

• Prior entertainment internship experience is compulsory.

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools.

• Strong passion for music and artist culture.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
