Artist Associate & Agent

You are applying for the position of Artist Agent & Associate at Media Vantage, a dynamic organization in the digital and talent industry. As an Artist Associate, your role is pivotal in transitioning to become an Artist Agent. You will be responsible for reshaping and managing the careers of Artists, orchestrating deals within the entertainment industry. Your core passion should revolve around entertainment, particularly in the making of films and web series. You will work closely with casting associates and production teams to pitch talents for various projects. It is crucial to stay updated on new and existing talent and industry projects. Your responsibilities will include representing exclusive Artists, maintaining impeccable coordination and communication, building rapport with Artists, executing logistical requirements, liaising with industry professionals, setting up auditions, negotiating deals, and coordinating productions. You must also build a network within the industry and collaborate with the Publicist on PR activities. To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should have 12 to 24 months of experience in the Bollywood industry, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be well-dressed and confident, demonstrate a willingness to work beyond regular hours, be self-motivated, and have a strategic mindset. Regular performance evaluations and being based in Mumbai are also key requirements.
