Artist Associate & Agent

As an Artist Associate at Media Vantage, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of our exclusive Artists (Actors). Your primary responsibility will be to represent our Artists and act as a liaison between them and various industry professionals such as Casting Agents, Film Directors, and Producers. To excel in this role, you must have a deep passion for the entertainment industry, particularly in films and web series. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with casting associates, production teams, and other stakeholders to pitch and secure opportunities for our Artists in various projects. You will be responsible for managing the logistical requirements of our Artists, including executing shoots, travel arrangements, and commissioned jobs. Additionally, you will need to build strong relationships with industry professionals to facilitate deals and bookings for our Artists. An ideal candidate for this position should have 12 to 24 months of relevant experience in the Bollywood industry and a good understanding of actors, directors, and producers. You should be well-dressed, presentable, confident, and assertive, with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with working hours from 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
