Role Overview:

The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging AI training sessions and developing instructional materials for learners across K–12, undergraduate, and professional segments. The role demands strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and a passion for teaching and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Training & Facilitation

• Conduct online and offline AI training sessions for students, teachers, and professionals.
• Deliver interactive workshops, hackathons, and webinars to promote AI literacy.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Assist in teacher capacity-building sessions focused on AI in education.

· Content Development

• Develop lesson plans, training modules, and hands-on exercises aligned with AI learning outcomes.
• Create presentations, assessments, and project-based learning content.
• Collaborate with the Senior AI Trainer and curriculum team to refine and update content regularly.

· Research & Collaboration

• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, platforms, and educational trends.
• Integrate real-world examples and case studies into training material.
• Coordinate with the multimedia and operations teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/BE/MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI training, teaching (offline & online mode), or educational content creation.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Understanding of AI ethics, NLP, computer vision, and data handling concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Experience in K–12 or higher education training preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields from recognized organizations (e.g., Google, IBM, Microsoft, AWS, or similar) are desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
