Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying a multilingual conversational AI that can handle phone inquiries in real time. Your role will involve integrating speech recognition and text-to-speech systems with a natural, human-like flow. You will also develop language models capable of code-switching between English, Mandarin, and Malay, while fine-tuning existing LLMs or NLP models for voice interaction and context retention. Additionally, you will build and connect AI models with telephony systems for call handling, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cultural nuance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and deploy a multilingual conversational AI for handling phone inquiries. - Integrate speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems with natural flow. - Develop language models capable of code-switching between English, Mandarin, and Malay. - Fine-tune existing LLMs or NLP models for voice interaction and context retention. - Build and connect AI models with telephony systems for call handling. - Optimize the bot for speed, accuracy, and cultural nuance. - Deploy scalable solutions using AWS/GCP/Azure, with Docker or Kubernetes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. - Strong background in Python and modern ML/NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, Rasa, spaCy). - Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies. - Proven experience in multilingual NLP or code-switching datasets. - Familiarity with LLMs and conversational AI pipelines. - Solid grasp of cloud deployment and CI/CD workflows. - Bonus: Experience with voice bots, IVR systems, or AI call assistants.
