You are seeking a skilled AI Application Developer with expertise in building AI-powered solutions at Coschool. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality prompts and applications for AI models in collaboration with education SMEs, product teams, and engineers. Your primary goal will be to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions tailored for the education sector. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing high-quality prompts and AI-powered applications for various educational use cases. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to improve AI-driven text, image, audio, and video generation. Additionally, you will be involved in building and maintaining APIs, backend systems, and scalable infrastructure that support AI models and data pipelines. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing backend infrastructure and prompt execution will also be part of your responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in AI prompt engineering and application development. Staying updated on AI/ML/NLP advancements and integrating emerging technologies into production will be essential. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions for both internal and external use cases, as well as monitor and fine-tune system performance in production to ensure reliability and scalability. The requirements for this role include proven experience in building AI-driven applications using open-source/public LLMs, proficiency in Python and Node.js, and experience in SaaS platforms such as MEAN/MERN. A strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, scalable systems, and algorithms is crucial. Hands-on experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Nice to have skills for this role include experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or other ML/NLP frameworks, exposure to cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure AI, and familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and agentic AI approaches.,
