Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a GenAI Solution Developer at Quantanite, your primary role involves designing, building, fine-tuning, and evaluating generative AI models such as LLMs and diffusion models for specific business use cases. You will also be responsible for applying prompt engineering and model optimization techniques to enhance performance and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, fine-tune, and evaluate generative AI models for specific business use cases - Apply prompt engineering and model optimization techniques for performance and cost-efficiency In addition to GenAI solution development, you will work on platform integration and enhancement by collaborating with Quantanite's MoBIUS Generative AI Platform. Your role will bridge the gap between R&D (QLabs) and production-ready solutions for seamless integration. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different business pillars to gather requirements and integrate GenAI into workflows. Your focus will be on designing AI tools that prioritize enhancing user experience, augmenting human capabilities, and emphasizing ethical AI and employee engagement in solution design. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Education: Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field - Domain Experience: Prior experience applying AI/ML solutions within domains directly relevant to Quantanite's core service offerings such as Customer Experience (CX), Contact Centers, Sales Automation/CRM, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Data Annotation/Management, or HR Technology Experience in the following areas is preferred as it allows for a quicker understanding of business needs and faster value delivery: - Platform Development Experience: Contributing to the development of scalable AI/ML platforms, MLOps infrastructure, or internal AI tooling - Full-Stack Familiarity: Understanding of software development principles, including experience with API design/development, containerization, and front-end components for integrating AI models into user-facing applications - Publications/Contributions: Contributions to the AI/ML community through publications in relevant conferences/journals or significant contributions to open-source projects By ensuring that AI systems follow best practices regarding fairness, transparency, privacy, and bias mitigation, you will play a crucial role in Ethical AI & Governance at Quantanite.
