About the Role

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging
LLMs
,
RAG
, and
Generative AI
technologies.
Build and optimize
agentic AI systems
for complex workflows and automation.
Implement scalable and efficient
Python-based applications
for AI/ML pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI model performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience
in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
Strong proficiency in
Python
and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with
Generative AI
,
Agentic AI
, and
LLM-based architectures
.
Expertise in
RAG
techniques and knowledge of vector databases.
Solid understanding of
prompt engineering

fine-tuning
, and
model evaluation
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
