Job Description

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Summary:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
Work with
Generative AI models
such as
GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, or custom transformers
for text/image/audio applications.
Build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
Conduct research and experimentation with new ML algorithms and GenAI architectures.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance in AI workflows.
Document models, experiments, and ML infrastructure.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or similar roles.
Strong programming experience in
Python
and libraries like
scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
.
Experience building or fine-tuning
LLMs (GPT, T5, Llama, etc.)
or image generation models like
Stable Diffusion
.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience with
ML lifecycle tools
like
MLflow, Weights & Biases
, or
SageMaker
.
Exposure to
APIs, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
for ML deployment.
Strong understanding of statistics, optimization, and data preprocessing techniques.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of
LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack
for GenAI workflows.
Experience in
Vector databases
like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
Experience with
MLOps
practices and CI/CD for ML models.
