Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
Participate in timely and accurate closing of books of accounts.
Assist in audit processes including statutory, internal, and tax audits.

2. Project Management

Support finance-led projects including automation initiatives, and process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.

3. Finance Operations

Assist in day-to-day finance operations which may include taxation, expense provisioning and general ledger activities.
Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Participate in reconciliations and process standardization initiatives.
