Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ARIS Platform Admin/Senior Software Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and administration, with expertise in the ARIS platform.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement ARIS solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ARIS platform.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on ARIS applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Experience with the ARIS platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
