Job Description

As an Area/Sr. Area Manager - Project Sales at KALCO Alu-Systems Pvt. Ltd., your role involves representing KALCO to Construction Companies, Architects, and other relevant Consultants in the NCR/North region, with the aim to win business. Your contributions will include engaging buyers and influencers of architectural aluminum fabrication solutions, continuous mapping of new projects, working closely with various stakeholders, understanding customer/project specific requirements, positioning KALCO's offerings effectively, making and presenting proposals, and managing client relationships for future business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage buyers and influencers of architectural aluminum fabrication solutions - Continuously map new projects in the assigned territory - Work closely with Architects, Builders, End Users, and Contractors - Understand customer/project specific requirements and buying practices - Position KALCO's offerings and strengths correctly - Make and present proposals - Conduct final discussions with stakeholders - Obtain a written testimonial from clients/influencers as evidence of a job well done - Manage client relationships for future repeat business and references Qualifications Required: - Must be a Graduate in any discipline, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Management subjects - Post-graduation in any discipline, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Management subjects - Basic computing skills, including MS Office proficiency - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role of high-value project selling (at least Rs. 50 lacs) within NCR, with a preference for 4 years of experience but not less than 2 years - Strong questioning and listening skills Personal Traits: - Self-confident - Good communicator - Sense of urgency - Strong work ethics - Energetic - Self-directed Reporting: You will report to the Respective Head of Sales Monetary Compensation: - Fixed salary plus additional motivating sales rewards based on performance parameters Location: The reporting location for this position is in Ghaziabad, U.P.
