Job Description

Role Overview: As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a great customer experience through best-in-class food and delivery services within your specified area and timeline. Your responsibilities will include promoting area growth, monitoring financial performance, managing people effectively, ensuring safety regulations are met, and driving process changes for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Set standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Pods and ensure the unit-level team adheres to them. - Monitor consumer complaints daily to maintain set targets and take corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure 100% acceptance of orders and work towards reducing ArP (Arrive to Pickup) target prep time through process improvements. - Regularly review and provide feedback on Stealth brand's performance. - Collaborate with the Field Operations team to ensure timely assignment of Delivery Executives. - Conduct regular audits to ensure ingredients in Pods are always available and follow food safety practices. - Execute plans to achieve Annual Operations Plan (AOP) targets and monitor unit-level performance. - Identify cost-saving opportunities at the unit level and contribute to financial performance. - Monitor and manage various costs including food, packaging, labor, and administrative costs. - Implement training plans, support personal and professional development of team members, and provide feedback for optimal performance. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain basic hygiene standards, and implement innovative solutions for food safety. - Highlight safety risks and promote safe behavior within Pods, track safety scorecards, and review safety incidents for corrective actions. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement changes for better outcomes. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduation/Post-graduation from Hotel Management Institutes with specialization in Operations. - Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Food and Beverage, QSR, Entertainment, or FMCG industries. - Additional Certifications: Any relevant certifications would be an added advantage.,
