Role & responsibilities 1. Inside Sales: Manage complete pre- and post-sales coordination activities for the entire product range, including trading and system orders. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support. Manage cost estimation, pricing, and submission of commercial offers. Prepare detailed technical offers for project orders. Verify received orders and prepare order acceptances and work orders in the ERP system. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders. 2. Application Engineering: Handle application engineering for vacuum pumping systems, including the development of concepts to meet customer requirements in coordination with the engineering team. 3. Sales Support Activities: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage MIS reports and technical data sheets. Independently coordinate and communicate with principal companies, vendors, customers, and internal teams to support the above activities. 4. Team Management: Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and design training and development plans to enhance team capabilities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics for performing engineering calculations Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and other engineering documents Basic knowledge of 2D drawing creation (AutoCAD or similar software is a plus) Experience in preparing technical documents such as data sheets and specification sheets for project enquiries Good understanding of commercial aspects related to sales Familiarity with instruments like pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, templates, data analysis) Detail-oriented with good coordination and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
